If a suitable position is available the candidate may apply directly to the approved company or search firm that posted the job. An automated email is then forwarded to the job posting organization with your summary and resume attachment for review. If interested the job posting organization makes direct contact with the candidate to open a dialog. You chose to respond to an opportunity and make a direct connection. There is no need for candidate's to register or maintain an account with CareerChannels.net and your confidential resume is not posted online for the world to review. You choose when you respond to an opportunity and connect directly with the employer. Our system is set up to make sure your credentials may only be forwarded once per job listing. All contact is between the candidate and job posting organization.
